We've introduced a new iteration of the Ideal No.1 typeface. Over the course of nearly 90 years of manufacturing Ideal stencil machines, certain machine details, including letterforms, have evolved. Our initial typeface drew inspiration from an early 1920-40s model of the No.1. However, the typeface underwent modifications in a 1968 machine. This revised version is now offered as Version 60 - Vtg Stencil Ideal No.1 60.
